German Tanks in World War II

The Germans created many tanks to combat the British during World War II. The Panzer III Flamm, the Jagdtiger, and the Panzer III Flamm were just a few of the many tanks that the Germans developed. Many of these tanks were extremely successful and the Germans quickly started working on new projects. More than a thousand tanks were in the German arsenal at the close of World War II.

Panzer IV

Panzer IV was a German-made tank that was used throughout World War II. It was intended to be a threat to enemy anti-tank guns or machine guns. The tank came with high-explosive weapons that could be used to damage any object within the blast radius.

Panzer II Flamm

Panzer II Flamm is a German tank, which was built in Germany by the German Army back in the 1930s. It weighed approximately 12 tons and featured a turret housing a rotating MG 34 automatic machine gun. It was manned by three men and provided armor protection up to 30mm. It had two flamethrowers in each corner. It weighed around 12 tons, with a fuel tank holding 160 liters. The engine produced 140 horsepower and was powered by the Maybach HL62TRM six cylinder engine.


Panzer II Flamm Ausf A

Flammpanzer II (German tank) was intended to ignite flames against enemy bunkers. The project was ordered by the German Army HQ before the start of the Second World War. The tank's development was assigned to Daimler-Benz. Daimler-Benz produced a prototype of the tank by July 1939. The tank's prototype was constructed of soft steel and was equipped with two flamethrowers, which could operate at 180 degrees.

Panzer II Flamm Ausf B German Tank was a heavy tank designed and built by the German Army. The tank featured a turret, which was placed on top of the hull.
